Beautiful, spacious and clean 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Townhouse in a most prestigious resort community near Disney area - Terra Verde Resort. Spacious, VERY CLEAN, Over 40 five star reviews and SuperHost! Jacuzzi, WIFI, BBQ, relaxation!

Located minutes from the US 192 and all the Major Orlando attractions (Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal).
This townhouse is Immaculate, and super clean.
It is two story home with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and comfortable family room with a Cable TV on the first floor. A large half bath, and separate laundry room (washer/dryer) are also on the main floor.
Family room has large sliding door leading to a Private Court Yard with a HOT Jacuzzi, Gas Grill, and patio furniture.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Master bedroom has a King Size bed, ceiling fan, and Cable TV. Attached is a bathroom with a walk in shower and a sink.
Two other bedrooms are Queen and Twin (2 twin beds) which share a full bathroom with a shower/bath tub and a sink.
All rooms are beautifully decorated.
Just walk out of the front door or the court yard and you're a walking distance away from the community pool that is Heated in the cooler seasons. Resort Club house also has a Concierge, Games Room, SPA Services, Movie Theater, Fitness Facility, TIKI Bar, Fishing Pier, Playground, Basketball Court, Table Tennis, Bean Bag Toss, and much more.. You won't be disappointed.
