All vacation homes are self-catering. Paper products, and toiletries are not provided (only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and hand soap to start of your holiday). Pool heating is available for an extra cost (restrictions apply).

IMPORTANT NOTICE! Parking is available for up to 2 cars only! Street parking is not allowed 11pm to 7 am. No parking on the Apron of the Driveway.Garage is not available for use. Please do not park on the lawn, do not block the sidewalk. No RVs, no trailers, no boats, no jet ski, no commercial vehicles.
Community and the City have Very Strict Trash/Recycling rules. All residents (even short term) MUST Follow these rules to avoid citations.

Location
Crescent Lakes is located in Kissimmee, a quiet, up-market residential area that offers an excellent mix of vacation and residential homes - making it a very safe community to live in. Crescent Lakes is a beautiful and very well kept community, peaceful and quiet, with idyllic and relaxing views. It also offers lots of recreational facilities such as basketball courts, tennis courts, football/soccer field with a Baseball Base, children's play areas, picnic areas, outdoor work out equipment, and nature reserves behind the community for beautiful and scenic walks.
Crescent Lakes has numerous lakes throughout the community all of which are stocked full of fish. As a guest you are welcome to fish in any of the lakes in the area (Catch/Release Policy). Besides the fish, lakes are full of snapping turtles and ducks.
Crescent Lakes is a very short drive from the various supermarkets, takeaways and activities of Orlando. This convenient location is only 20 minutes from Disney (12.1 Miles), 30 minutes from Universal Studios and 20 minutes from Sea World and the famous International Drive.
