Florida Sunrise is a perfect little home that has everything you need for a memorable vacation. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; split floor plan with Master bedroom separate from two other bedrooms.
Master bedroom is very spacious with cathedral ceiling, and large window that lets in lots of Florida sunlight. Master features a King Size bed, ROKU TV, walk in closet and private bathroom. Master bathroom has a walk in shower, sink, and vanity.
On the other side of the home you have a Twin Bedroom and Queen Bedroom that share a Full Family Bathroom (Sink and Shower/Tub Combo). Both bedrooms have ROKU TVs.
In the family room you will find a sofa and love seat with recliners for extra comfort, ROKU TV and a ceiling fan. Large sliding door leads from the family room to a beautiful private pool.
The Pool is South Facing, you can soak up the sun all day long. Outdoor dining table, chairs, and loungers have been provided for your enjoyment.
Family room and all bedrooms are quipped with Ceiling Fans for extra comfort.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for your family.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! Parking is available for up to 2 cars only! Street parking is not allowed 11pm to 7 am. No parking on the Apron of the Driveway. Garage has been converted into a games room. Please do not park on the lawn, do not block the sidewalk. No RVs, no trailers, no boats, no jet ski, no commercial vehicles.
Community and the City have Very Strict Trash/Recycling rules. All residents (even short term) MUST Follow these rules to avoid citations.

Crescent Lakes is located in Kissimmee, a quiet, up-market residential area that offers an excellent mix of vacation and residential homes - making it a very safe community to live in. Crescent Lakes is a beautiful and very well kept community, peaceful and quiet, with idyllic and relaxing views. It also offers lots of recreational facilities such as basketball courts, tennis courts, football/soccer field with a Baseball Base, children's play areas, picnic areas, outdoor work out equipment, and nature reserves behind the community for beautiful and scenic walks.
Crescent Lakes has numerous lakes throughout the community all of which are stocked full of fish. As a guest you are welcome to fish in any of the lakes in the area (Catch/Release Policy). Besides the fish, lakes are full of snapping turtles and ducks.
Crescent Lakes is a very short drive from the various supermarkets, takeaways and activities of Orlando. This convenient location is only 20 minutes from Disney (12.1 Miles), 30 minutes from Universal Studios and 20 minutes from Sea World and the famous International Drive.
